CyberTech International, a Leading Global Voice Recording Company, Acquires A-VOX Solutions to Create CyberTech North America

-Acquisition Accelerates and Expands Global Reach of the Company’s Sales and Support Capabilities-

April 1, 2008 (Elmsford, New York) — CyberTech International, the fastest growing global communications recording company, announced today that they have acquired A-VOX Solutions. In addition to offices in the Netherlands and the UK, this acquisition gives CyberTech a strong presence in the critical North American market and strengthens its overall sales, management and support infrastructure.  The newly formed company will be called CyberTech North America, with US headquarters near New York City.

A-VOX Solutions has been marketing and supporting CyberTech’s call recording solutions  since 2006 and has achieved significant success with prominent financial institutions, public safety and government organizations, and contact centers.

CyberTech recently acquired a majority stake in its UK distributor, Activa Solutions, to create CyberTech UK. This, combined with the planned opening of offices in Hong Kong and Dubai and the creation of CyberTech NA, enables CyberTech International to provide direct sales representation as well as 24/7/365 ‘follow the sun’ support for its global customers.
